PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE TERMS THOROUGHLY PRIOR TO BIDDING.
IF YOU HAVE NOT READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT BID. BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION, BUYER AGREES TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH AND ENTERS INTO A CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS(S) UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All items sell “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties express or implied. These items are over 50 years old and may have some dings, scratches and tears. All purchases are considered verified by the purchaser as to grade and authenticity. The purchaser will rely solely on his/her judgment in any purchase. Buyer’s Premium, Payment Terms, & Sales Tax Buyer’s Premium: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to determine the final sales price. Buyer’s Premium Example:  

Bid Price, Plus 10% Buyer’s Premium, Plus Ky Sales Tax: 6% = Total Sales Price: 

EXAMPLE: 

Bid Price $100.00 + Buyers Premium $10.00 + Ky Sales Tax $6.60 =Total Sales Price $116.60 

The successful Purchaser(s) will make payment in full at the close of the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, credit card, money order. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the bid price to obtain the total price. Sales tax of 6% will be charged on all applicable purchases. A 3.5% credit card fee from the service provider will be added to all credit card purchases. All open accounts will be settled by credit card on file within two days of the auction closing. Invoices of $2,500.00 or greater are not eligible for credit card payment (Cash or Cashier’s Check Only). Dealers buying for resale may be exempt from paying sales tax if the dealer provides their sale tax resale number and executes the sale tax exemption form.  Possession of the personal property will be granted upon final payment. NO EXCEPTIONS. All Lawson Co. Auctioneer auctions are timed events. (Watch the Bid Clock) EXAMPLE: Lawson Co Auctioneers LLC. auctions have an auto extend feature. Any bid placed within 3 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 3 minutes in addition to the time remaining on the auction clock at the time the bid was placed. Example: If an auction scheduled to end at 10:00 a.m. receives a bid at 9:59 a.m., the close time of the auction automatically extends to 10:03 a.m.  Lawson Co. Auctioneers LLC. reserves the right to adjust the auto extension time period.

WHEN AND WHERE TO RETRIEVE PURCHASED ITEMS:

YOUR RETRIEVAL LOCATION: ALL ITEMS TO BE PICKED UP ON Jan. 24th 10AM TO 6:00PM. For items not picked up, the purchase price will not be refunded, the buyer will forfeit the item and the item resold. All items are sold 'as-is, where-is.' Winning bidders are solely responsible for the loading, and transportation of their purchased items. If you cannot pick up on the 24th, call 502-718-0990

ADDITIONAL AUCTION TERMS: Lawson Co. Auctioneers reserves the right to remove or cancel the bids and or bidding rights and privileges of any party at any time deemed not to be in the best interest of the seller. Lawson Co. Auctioneers and its Agents and Staff reserve the right to bid on any and all items. All items are subject to prior sale or removal from the auction.
